In order to become a fully-fledged driver you will need to pass three tests; the theory test, hazard perception and the practical driving test. The theory and hazard perception tests are taken at the same time and you need to be successful in both before you can move on to do the practical test which will typically be six weeks after your application is made, although this will depend on where you live.
